![]() And I get the feeling with a lot of sound design everyone goes : My Synth has all these things, lots of effects engines, all these bells and whilstles but to be honest I prefer getting a song down and doing all the editing of the effects on that sound afterwards, after I've made the song rather than before by adding my reverb, distortion, saturation or whatever with a seperate send track. ![]() ![]() I've never considered Omnisphere at all (or Falcon for that matter) I think it's a bit overwhelming for me and then you get sucked down into the rabbit hole that is sound design rather than making nice tracks. And you get a stack of organs in there that all sound pretty nice. Particularly loving the CS-80 and the Mini V for nice warm analogue sounds. I think it was half price or something and really I didn't mess about with the synths on it at all for a good six months but I've just started to give it lots of love and really really surprised and happy with the results of the niceness you can get out of the synths. I got this ages ago for $199 when it was an earlier version and it was on sale because it had just gone NKS. For making music and having fun and really nice fat warm sounds I would spend the money on this instead:
